ECE researchers receive state support for data center energy optimization project
Professors Ayşe Coskun and Emiliano Dall’Anese have received $180,000 in additional funding from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to expand their work on managing AI data center power consumption. Once you’ve found a lab that aligns with your interests in the “Labs” section, navigate to the lab or professor’s website or send an email to find more information. We are working on providing more comprehensive information about lab openings and availability. Please exercise caution and be respectful of professors’ time.
Interest tags are a shared set of topics — like NLP and large language models, computer vision, robotics, AI ethics and policy, AI and healthcare, data science, and generative AI tools — applied across every section of the site. In any listing view you can select one or more tags to narrow results to the areas you care about, and the same tags appear on labs, clubs, classes, and professors so you can follow a topic across different kinds of involvement. Selecting a tag filters the directory instantly. The taxonomy is intentionally flat and may grow as more content is added.
Community is focused on highlighting BU students' AI projects. Each project gets its own page: what it is, who built it, where the AI actually is, and how to reach the founders. If you'd like to submit your startup, hackathon project, or something you made just for fun, then the Submit your project button on the Community page takes a name, a link, and a few sentences.
Use the Suggest an addition button in the site header and fill out the short form. We will respond within 24 hours to verify details and source an official logo before anything goes live. Anyone can suggest an entry, whether it is your own group or one you think is missing. If we need more information to confirm a listing, we will follow up using the contact details you provide.
The fastest way to fix or update a listing is the “Suggest an addition” form, which also handles corrections and updates to existing entries. Tell us what has changed and confirm your affiliation, and we will update it after a quick review. We eventually plan to implement a method for organizations to take ownership of their own cards.
Every logo is taken from the organization’s official website, social profile, or press materials. If your group’s logo is missing, outdated, or you would prefer a different official version, use the “Suggest an addition” form to send us the correct file or a link to it, and we will update the card.
Listings show when they were last verified, and we work to keep details current, but Terrier Intelligence is maintained by volunteers and information can fall out of date. Treat the directory as a well-organized starting point. If you have more information about a resource, please inform us so we can update the site for the next visitor!
