Interdisciplinary Specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

ML Theory

A 16-credit specialization that College of Engineering master's students add to their degree. Students take a foundational machine learning course, such as Introduction to Learning from Data, a core course in deep learning or computational biology, and two electives. An approved practicum applies machine learning to an engineering problem.
