Computational Imaging Systems Lab

An optics-focused research group creating new ways to measure the world with light. Methods include computational phase microscopy, digital holography, and intensity diffraction tomography; recent projects apply self-supervised deep learning to denoise voltage recordings of neural activity, with support from funders including NSF, NIH, and the BRAIN Initiative.
