Bridges from AI to Understanding and Reprograming Biology (2AI2BIO)

A computational biology research group applying network biology, graphical models, and high-performance algorithms to genomic systems. Applications include gene function prediction, disease-network identification, and drug side-effect detection, spanning cancer, diabetes, and aging. Students working with the group have led selected research projects.
