Insighta

A marketplace that puts small-scale researchers in touch with the people their studies need.

A two-sided marketplace that connects small-scale researchers, from undergraduates to independent scholars, with the participants their studies need. The founders describe the problem as a human one: researchers are rarely good marketers, and a study can stall for want of the right twenty people. Insighta exists to put the two sides in front of each other. The team received funding from the Innovate@BU Summer Accelerator in 2026.

How it works

A researcher describes the study and who it needs. Insighta finds candidates, confirms they are eligible, and hands the researcher a vetted list. The platform takes a commission on what participants are paid, so posting a study costs the researcher nothing up front.
